2. RESEARCH & RECOMMENDATION
Natural Mortgage Solutions has access to the whole of the mortgage market along with access to exclusive mortgage products not available to you on the high street.
Once we have discussed your requirements we will research the whole of the mortgage market for you and explain to you in SIMPLE terms the options available, including all fees, terms and conditions.
Your advisor will then research from a large panel of lenders and then explain to you in SIMPLE terms the options available to you, including all fees, terms and conditions and will then recommend an appropriate mortgage solution to you.
3. YOUR UNDERSTANDING & PAPERWORK
Once you are happy and understand exactly what you are applying for, you will then be taken through the mortgage application process step by step either in person, over the phone, via the post or Email. You choose the most convenient way for you.!
You will always be provided with:
- A Copy of your Initial Disclosure Document which informs you that we are regulated by the Financial Services Authority, along with other important information.
- A Key Facts Illustration which details the mortgage product, lender, rate and features of the mortgage that has been recommended along with its conditions.
- A Summary of Mortgage Recommendation which reconfirms the details of your chosen mortgage and the reasons why this was recommended to you.
4. THE MORTGAGE APPLICATION
We will complete the mortgage application with you. This will be done online direct with the lender (or paper application if necessary).
We will work quickly on your application and collect all the necessary paperwork the lender will require such as proof of identification, proof of address etc.
Your application with the lender will be regularly monitored and you will be provided with online case tracking so you always know what is happening with your application.
