Confidentiality
We will treat all your personal information as private and confidential (even when you are no longer a customer). Nothing about your accounts, nor your name and address, will be disclosed to anyone, including other companies in our Group, other than in four exceptional cases permitted by law. These are:
- Where we are legally compelled to do so
- Where there is a duty to the public to disclose
- Where our interests require disclosure (this will not be used as a reason for disclosing information about you or your accounts, including your name and address, to anyone else including other companies in our Group for marketing purposes)
- Where disclosure is made at your request and with your consent
We confirm that you have the right of access under the Data Protection Act 1998 to your personal records held on our files.
Natural Mortgage Solutions Fees
A broker fee of up to 2% of the loan amount may be charged on application. Our usual fee is £250 however the precise amount will depend on your circumstances
Our usual fee is £250 payable upon application to cover advice and processing fess, any fees payable will be disclosed to you at outset.
We also offer a fee only option. Should you choose the fee only option we will refund to you any procuration fee received from the lender following completion of your mortgage.
The amount of the fee only option payable upon application will be up to 0.75% of the loan amount for most residential mortgage and "buy to let" loans (i.e - up to £750 for an advance of £100,000). For more specialist or non standard mortgages, we charge up to 2% of the loan (i.e. - up to £2,000 for an advance of £100,000) You will receive a Key Facts illustration which will tell you about the fees payable in relation to a particular mortgage.
